Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry is not an order or a commitment to buy. We will agree the scope, materials, quantities, price, delivery arrangements and any design ownership terms in writing. Unless the quotation says otherwise, it remains valid for three months.
Orders and payment
An order begins when we accept it and receive the agreed 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection. Delivery charges are the client's responsibility and will be stated or agreed separately.
Changes, approvals and timing
Changes requested after approval may affect the price and completion date. Where we provide a drawing, digital model, sample or prototype for approval, production will follow the approved version. Delivery and completion dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing.
Faults and refunds
Please contact us promptly if an item is faulty or does not match the agreed specification. We accept returns or provide another appropriate remedy for faulty items. Bespoke items made to an approved brief are not normally returnable for a change of mind, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Design files and intellectual property
Ownership of design files and intellectual property depends on the project agreement. A client may purchase agreed design files or intellectual-property rights where this is expressly included and paid for. Otherwise, DENA IT LTD retains its rights in original designs and grants only the use agreed in the quotation. Please only send artwork, branding and files you own or have permission to use.
Suitability
Tell us how the object will be used, including loads, heat, outdoor exposure or food and drink contact. Suitability, final specifications and any prototype approval are agreed for the particular project; photographs and examples are not certifications for a different use.
